My computer crashed and now I cannot corona and deauthorize my computer. Any way to deauthorize my computer remotely?

Sorry to hear that your computer crashed. There’s not a way to deauthorize remotely, but I just did this process for you… please do a “Deauthorize and Quit” from the Corona Simulator, then reload and log back in with your account credentials.

The same thing happened to me on my system. Reinstalled Corona after a hard drive partition failure and found it would no longer run. No chance of deactivating it due to the installation having been wiped out, so can I get a hand with that?

my own damn fault, i got rid of the two computers i had Corona SDK on, before deauthing them…
can you deauth all my machines and i’ll re-auth on the two i have now?

I have deauthed you. When you launch the simulator next time you should get prompted to login which will reauthorize that computer.

Hi! I used to dev on corona back in 2013 and 2014, but since then I’ve purchased a new computer and laptop and instead of deauthorizing my corona I just formatted my HDD. Can you please deauthorize all computers on my account?

I emailed support, and filled out the form, sent a second email, but I cannot get a response, I bought a new computer and almost three days now I cannot get support or anyone to reset my account so I can start developing again. I am not sure why we have to go through this over and over. I often upgrade PC’s or just lose one due to a problem, then I lose days trying to get an account reset.
Can someone at coronalabs please de-authorize the computers on my account so I can develop again? I am losing quite a bit of time.
