Deauthorize problem on MAC

Hello

I have use purchase corona build and i have install this build in MAC Mountain OS 10.8 but due to the some problem my MAC crash so that i can not add corona build to another MAC without deauthorised first one.

Is there any way to deauthrised corona build for first computer.

Please help…
