Deauthorizing a Machine

I have already purchased Corona with account id “mobifungama@gmail.com”… and was using on two systems… but there went something wrong and one system not deauthorizing and the other system saying that you already have two system running this corona license … but in realy my only one system running with licensed version … Kindly help me and if possible deauthorize all my machines and let me know the fresh authorization of machines … to enable the licensed version of it …
I had already sent couple of mails but no body responding from your side … Help me it now about a week i have been facing this issue … Or show me or give me some link who can solve my problem

Now I’m back and I have changed PC since then, I’d like to deauthorize my old PC and make space for my PC, my laptop, and most likely an Apple in the future just to compile.
