I got a new computerand formated the old one, but I forgot to deauthorize it.
So I need to deauthorize all my computers…
But I already sent an email to support (support@coronalabs.com) and I Already opened a Post here on forum.
The post was set as invisble and until now I dind`t received a response from suport…
Has passed more than 18 hours from my first request… I need to work, I have clients and I have deadline.
I am traving and I cant deauthorize the other computer, it means that this delay is directly impacting my work
How long I need to wait until the deauthorization?
This is the Premium Support described on Plans and Pricing for Pro members?
