Demo code to upload files to a webserver via network.upload

Hi,

Thanks to kakula’s providing the missing ‘upload.php’ script, I can now upload files 

from an Android app to a webserver.

I put the compiling/running source code (and the .apk) at http://www.sieler.com/demo_upload.html

Thanks, assif_tiger, but I got a working version from kakula.  And, I added a bit to it (e.g., a “chmod” call,

so non-root users could access the uploaded files on my system).

The script, plus revision, and all the Corona/Lua code needed is available at http://www.sieler.com/demo_upload.html
