If apps are developed for your local school system, is there a way that they can be made available to the school users without going through the Apple Store? I’m speaking of projects that are not for the general public but designed specifically for one school district. I suggest the iOS Enterprise Developer Program. Instead of $99/year, it’s $299/year, but allows you to deploy apps in-house.
