I know that, based on this thread (http://developer.anscamobile.com/forum/2010/12/27/detect-microphone-volume-blowing-microphone), you can detect sound levels as they come in via the microphone. I have the opposite need…I need to detect sound levels as they’re played back. In other words, I need to allow a user to record some sounds, and then, upon playback, have the objects on the screen respond to the sounds when they vary. Is this possible?
