Developer Support Agreement

Hello, I have a question regarding the level of support we can expect with Corona. Specifically, I would like to know if there is any type of service level agreement with regards to turnaround time on issues developers encounter.

The reason I’m asking is this scenario came to mind where we build a game on Corona Game Edition and submit to Apple for publishing and our app is rejected because of a bug in Corona. What can we expect in terms of support and bug fix turnaround time? Aside from posting on the forums and waiting for an official response, is there an expected turnaround time on developer support in this regard?

If there was an area on the website where this is covered please post the link in case I missed it. I think this might be something of interest to other developers as they consider buying Corona. The level of support provided is an important consideration when buying an engine for many developers so posting this prominently would be a great marketing tool as well.
