I have a client who is looking for an iOS developer to build an app that lets you take images from your camera roll, string them together to make animation, add sounds and movement to make simple games. This would be a tool that would be used to introduce young people game development on a very basic level. The images, sounds, etc. may need to be stored in a database that’s accessible from any device using the app. The specific skills he’s looking for are:

1 - App developers, especially with game experience and/or photo/video capture experience
2 - Cross platform web game developers
3 - Database experts
