difference Enterprise small/unlimited

Hi there,

whats the difference in the Enterprise Version for Plugins

Native Libraries/APIs     vs    Hosted Plugins    !!?

As I understand with Enterprise we can include native SDKs

buts whats this Hosted Plugins
