Director 1.3 popup bugs?

Hi,

im getting some strange behaviors with director 1.3 might be a bug im not too sure.

step1: launch app
step2: changeScene to say scene1
step3: openPopUp x from scene1
step4: closePopUp x
here comes the strange part
step5: change scene to scene2 but scene doesnt change
seems to break changeScene

The other thing is I would like a popup with the background scene slightly visible but when i do this the overlaped areas dont respond to touches correctly

any ideas?

Where can I grab 1.3? I’ve been searching Ricardo’s homepage, the forums and I can’t find it! I’d love to get a hold of that!
