Disable bilinear filtering / interpolation on zoomed images

Doing a tile-based demo using 16x16 pixel images scaled to twice (or more) the size.
Due to aesthetic concerns and visible errors (graphics are blurred within a given tile, but joins between tiles are harsh) I’d like the ability to disable the filtering for zoomed graphics. It could just be a property of the display object, or even of the image when its first loaded.

I’m also looking forward to disabling texture filtering. Is it possible or will it be any time soon? Thanks  [import]uid: 48785 topic_id: 8675 reply_id: 33282[/import]

+1 request if not already possible ( how ? )

+1 for interpolationMode [import]uid: 13097 topic_id: 8675 reply_id: 68726[/import]

+1 for this feature. I could really use some Nearest-neighbor interpolation
