Does anyone know anything about the KWIK plugin?

Hello,

I am trying to install Kwik on Photoshop CC2015 so I can make an animated children’s story book and publish using Corona.

When I opened Photoshop and tried to access Kwik I received this message…

"The Kwik extension could not be loaded because it was not properly signed."

I went back to the instructions on Kwik and they had additional information that I was to add to the terminal console (I have attached a screen shot).  They do not say what terminal console and how to do it.  The only terminal console I know of is the one in Corona.  Is this correct?  If so can anyone please tell me what to add and how to add it?

I have left this question on both Kwik and Photoshop forums also.

I an using the trial version before I spend money (a lot for me) to make sure everything works together but am having no luck so far.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you

Isn’t that a Kwiksher product?  If so, they have a forums of their own: http://kwiksher.com/forums/

This isn’t really the right place to help help with that.

PS - Ah, I see you posted there already. (and you said as much… )

Well, best of luck on that, hopefully someone here use uses Kwik has also seen that issue.

Yes I did post the same question on the Kwiksher forum but since it was talking about a terminal console I thought someone at Corona would know the answer.  The only terminal console I know of is connected with Corona.

On Mac’s there is an app called Terminal that lets you type in command line level commands. It’s sometimes called the console. On Windows this is called the command shell or cmd.exe (the old DOS screen) where you can type in commands.

Based on the screen shot above, they are giving you an instruction to type in on a Mac via the Terminal App. We have to be careful with terminology because macOS provides a “Console” app which just shows you log file data. In Corona we refer to the window we open behind the simulator as the console and on devices we generically refer to the the device’s logging system as the console too.

Thanks for your answer Rob.  I don’t want to do anything on the Mac unless I really know what I am doing.  Am waiting for someone at Kwik to get back to me but I’m afraid my trial version of Photoshop CC will expire before they do.  I guess I just saved myself $250.00.

Need to check other plug-ins for Corona.  I want to animate by story books for the android and the iPad.  I’ve already animated 2 stories for the iPad without any problem but they are iBooks and not apps.  I would like to make them apps.  Any suggestions?

Hello catonpub

I don’t know you can find a way to solve this issue or not.
It’s called a signing issue.

You can follow this steps.
