Copy protection for Android is available from the Android market. Otherwise, it is not supported with Corona. You could make it copy protected by doing some advanced online stuff.

There is no such thing as a 100% protection, even if Ansca was to add some form of copy protection, that can be easily circumvented (cracked) in general the average mobile user cannot do much with the app. Apple has the certificate to avoid users from using it on devices that were not supposed to have those apps. That can still be broken, so what would you suggest could be a measure to protect your app?
You can tie an app to a device UID, where by you can provide each user with a unique certificate, but I think Apple would kill that idea.
