Added iAds in the mediate tab in admob and can’t get it to show up on the device.

I know this is an old post, but I wondering the same thing…
If I add other ad networks to my admob for mediation, will the admob plugin handle the requests, or do the separate networks need a plugin or some sort of entry in the build settings?
I recently changed my admob settings to be family-friendly and my fill rate dropped from near 100% to about 15%. I was hoping other networks might help with the fill rate.
