Can’t get this to post a tweet, I’m running the code as is with a new Twitter account I’ve just set up

Anyone else got this working or had issues?

same here… i think you have to deploy it to the device for it to work…also, check out ghost vs monsters, if i remember correctly, there is some sample code for facebook/openfient and twitter i beleive [import]uid: 34595 topic_id: 19396 reply_id: 74967[/import]

Looks much more promising than the SimpleTweet example - maybe it was only me that couldn’t get this to work but there was zero documentation, at least Peach’s tutorial explains you need to register the App and obtain keys etc.

However still can’t get your example to post a Tweet, will email you directly to see if you have some bandwidth to help out (paid) on this project

I can’t get simple tweet to work either. I would like to use a method like the way simpletweet posts so I can capture a confirmation of posting. Does anyone have any suggestions on this? [import]uid: 10903 topic_id: 19396 reply_id: 94953[/import]

There was a thread the other day RE twitter and FB posting in newer builds, if you do a search for that it may prove useful. (I only looked at the FB side of it but that worked fine.)
