Doesn't load full image in some mobiles. Why?

Here’s my game recently uploaded to the play store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=np.com.techkunja.ascend

Some devices shows disintegrated ring as in the photo. Why does this happen??

Works fine on my onePlus One. Maybe re save the image as a new image? Maybe the image is corrupt in some way?

Also a tip for the game. It is very glitchy. I’d recommend adding in a better way to rotate the object. 

Overall really fun! ( Although I only got too 3! )

And if possible, could you breakdown the things that can help me to fix glitches in the app.

Well when i touch the circle and try to rotate it in a circle it just starts moving back and forth and doesn’t move smoothly with my finger.

Tried resaving the image. Also tried changing bit depth. Nothing works. Its still as it is.

What’s about saving it as a PNG if it’s jpg or jpg if it’s PNG.?

Well, it must be saved in PNG. As it has some transparent areas.

But, how is it that same image works with some device and does not work with others. How does Corona handles image.
