Download spike in China

I have just experienced a sudden download spike in China of one of my apps.

900+ downloads of an app in one day that normally gets around 20 or so across all territories. 

All very fishy if you ask me as Vungle is reporting that I had 9 installs yesterday of this app yet iTunes Connect says 900+.

Anyone else experienced this? Piracy?

I’ve heard several people experiencing this, nobody had a clue of how or what. Just know, it’s not just you.

i had exactly 1000 downloads for few of my apps in China, every time exactly 1000 downloads per day, next day was normal. 

Had no idea why…
