downloaded app says waiting

Hi everyone

I have been away doing other chores and have not been coding until now. I am still working on my first app and its been about a year since being introduced to Corona. My app is almost done but I was having trouble in a certain area, therefore I stopped for a while until I overcame that obstacle.

I am coding again and am testing my app. The thing is that in the simulator, everything works fine, no errors but when I download to the device (iphone), the icon has a “waiting” msg below. I did get a warning when I downloaded saying there were errors, so I deleted the app from the iphone and downloaded again without any errors but it still says “waiting”

Has anyone gone through this?

I had something similiar in the past happen. It was either A) the devices date/time was incorrect (this was a device I had let the battery go dead on for some time or B) it had been so long that my provisioning profile from Apple had expired for that app. One or both I think can cause this to happen.

On the device under Settings->General->Profiles you can see all the profiles installed to the device. Expired profiles will be red. [import]uid: 56820 topic_id: 32052 reply_id: 127730[/import]
