Draggble physics object with joints

I am having trouble with implementing pivot joints in an draggle physics object. The problem is with the calculating x & y of the axis. Since the object is the draggable, the object moves, but joint remains where it was defined first. I can define the joint only when dragging has completed, but x, y of axis needs to be represented in global coordinates. How do I translate local coordinates into global one? Any ideas?
