dynamic content scaling android mobiles problem

hello developers …

my game screen divided into 3 region the top bar that contains player score label and the game screen (area where player play my game ) and
the bottom bar which contains some icons for game i am try to make scaling option on config.lua file to make my game screen as it is without showing black border this happen when setting the
[lua]scale = “letterbox” [/lua]
in config file also if i am using this mode some of my samsung mobile screen (galaxy s1) does not useful to me its just a background what should i do to get my game in full screen without leaving black borders and to work with all android devices please give me details about this and write to me with configuration works in stable way at all android mobiles

For your bars, you can hide them by using an extended background image.
