Dynamic Content Scaling Issue With Lime Tileset

I’m having an issue using Lime to display my maps on the iPad and iPad retina simulators. When I use these simulators, my lowest resolution tileset is used, instead of the @2x and @4x tileset. The graphics not loaded with Lime are fine, and there are no problems with any of the other simulators. (I’m using the config.lua file from the “Ultimate Config.lua file tutorial” by Rob Miracle)

I’m also having another issue where the physics bodies from my map seem to be shifted slightly only on the iPad and iPad retina simulators. 

Are these known problems, and if so, how can I fix them?
