I have changed some of the prefs for the editor, syntax highlighting, font to use, etc.
Close the prefs, and my current file, and any other files use the new settings.
When I close CPM, and re-open it, none of the prefs are in use. They are still there in the prefs settings window, I just need to open the prefs window and hit OK for them to be used.

Wow, nice bug find. 
Okay, it’s on the list for the next update.
It looks like that only happens with the tabbed editors, opening code into separate windows shows them with the correct formatting.
