I need your recommendations, what company(ies) do you recommend I deal with to create an educational software that is cross platform application and responsive.
The student can download the software and work offline on any operating system, the student can also access the materials online, or from any popular mobile devices such as iPad, iPhone and Android devices; the software/application automatically synchronize user progress between devices including the installed application.
This is the idea of the software/application I need, what company can make this real with highly professional interface and reliable performance? If you can suggest more than one, this is fine as well.
