Enterprise license issues

EDIT:

Issue was resolved.  My license was manually deauthorized and password reset by corona on their end. The re-auth fixed the license expiration errors after that.

Original Post:

I have a corona enterprise license, and have been using it just fine for some time.

Mid-day yesterday (April 22nd) my builds started giving me this message.

“Your subscription ‘Enterprise (Native extensions)’ expired at 15.04.21.1429. Please renew your subscription.”

When I checked my account online it says:

Enterprise

This role will expire on 30 Sep 2015 - 07:19

I tried to de-authorize and authorize again, but the de-authorization is saying invalid password, even though I expicitely reset my account password on here just to make sure.

End Original Post.

I am having a similar issue.

My company purchased a Pro subscription a year ago (when it wasn’t free yet), and when Corona changed their pricing we received an Enterprise subscription automatically. When I visit My Account page I see the subscription will expire on 9 May 2016 - 05:29.

However, every time I open the simulator I see an error: “Your Enterprise (Native extensions) subscription will expire in 3 days.”

I tried to de-authorize the simulator and log in again. It accepts my password but it keeps telling me my subscription will expire.

Please help me fix this issue as soon as possible, in 3 days I will not be able to work…

Please email support AT coronalabs.com

I did that and they solved the problem for me.

thanks!

I ran into this again, and the problem seemed to be because of my password containing special characters.  I think whatever web call they make to authorize/deauthorize does not handle special characters well.

As soon as I changed my password to something simple (since i didn’t want to give them my real password) it started working again.

specifically there were ‘$’ characters in my password
