Are the gluton plugins that are in beta right now in any way related to the Corona Enterprise plugins?

They are essentially the same. Corona Enterprise users build their own plugins, whereas Corona SDK users can use plugins we make available on our server to them. There are a couple of extra steps to convert a plugin a Corona Enterprise user has made to get it into shape for a server hosted Corona Plugin, but the core is the same.
