erasing account

I tested corona for some time with this account and later bought it with an other one.
I need the same e-mail address for my new subscriber account than the one i’m using right now (test dev), but i can’t use it cause it’s already registered (by this account).
How can i “erase” the account i’m currently using in order to use its e-mail address with my new subscriber account ?

click on account on very top then click on edit and change your email address

he can’t change it because the address he wants to use in the new account is the same one than the old one.

why don’t you try changing your first account’s address in order to free it and then use it on the second one?

If you need it you can contact support via this forum and request they delete an account and cite your reasons, I’m sure they’ll be able to give you a hand :slight_smile:
