Hello,
I just downloaded the latest version 2013.1095 today and then went to compile for android on my windows xp machine. Get an error saying Could not load c:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\client\jvm.dll error 126. I checked and this dll file is there.

I am also trying to build using Windows XP though not getting that error. However, it is not returning the APK file to my save folder.
I tried 1093 and 1094 with the same issue. All worked well on 1092.
Can you try on 1092, 1093 and 1094 and report your findings Warren.
I may be guessing here but they introduced this in 1093 and it may be the cause of our issues:
Mac/Windows: Added support for JDK 7
(32-bit/x86) to the Corona Simulator for Android builds. (This is used
to digitally sign APKs. Note that the 64-bit versions are not supported.
Corona Enterprise developers must still use 32-bit version of JDK 6,
which is an Android requirement.)
