error: CoronaRuntimeTaskDispatcher.send()

Updated to 2017.3068 today.  immediately got this:

I/Corona  (11159): CoronaRuntimeTaskDispatcher.send() doesn’t have an available CoronaRuntime to run this task on! Abort!

no code change before installing the update. Previously on 2017:3025

I am using the OneSignal pluging and the error was approximately when a notification would have been sent. And got a failed response.

I ran the code a second time, just got this message.  the notification was received, but no success or failure response message

You will get this on app suspend or app exit?

neither.  it appears to happen when a notification is posted via OneSignal.  This is new on 2017.3068.  No error on 2017.3025.
