Error installing app (Android)

I made two app and were uploaded to Android Market. (I have another developer PRO account)…

These apps are made for Android 2.2+ but one friend tells me that he can’t installing to device (HTC, Android 2.3.x), Android system show an error that he can’t to install.

I don’t understand why cause this error, a lot of people with diferent versions of Android can install these apps on device.

Anybody can help me?

What is the exact error he is getting?

What HTC device is it?
