Error Message "licencing"

Hi,

a user sent me attached Errormessage,

what can I do there?

I am getting the error message in the attached screenshot. This is on a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 running Android 6.0.1. I think this may be the first time I’ve run the app since updating to the latest android version a couple of weeks ago.

Hi guruk,

Is there any other info from the customer that you can provide for us? In particular, do they have multiple user accounts on their device, and if so, are they using a user account that isn’t the default?

It would also be helpful to know which daily build of Corona was used for this version of your app that the user is having issues with.

User wrote me back, that reinstalling the app solved the problem

Hi,

I got a few more Reports.

And seems it happens when they upgrade their device to Marshmallow !!

Only solution is to uninstall/reinstall the app, than it works again :frowning:

please advice.
