Error on Native Setup

I get this when I run Native Setup, made the directory manually but it still has this error

Setup Corona Native

Failed to create:

• /Users/chris/Library/Application Support/Corona/Native

This step must be performed manually

Error: Finder got an error: Can’t make file “14E09291-71DC-447D-8D1F-5A7D4486E5A6:d:::Corona Simulator.app:Contents:Resources:CoronaSimulator.icns” into type number or string.

Same on my end. It seems that last build Solar2D 2020.3627 is broken.

Any hints for a work-around? Or a fix ?

For future reference I installed build 3599 and it worked.

After I installed Big Sur and XCode 12 the setup worked for the daily build 3628.
