Error Viewing On Mac (But Not Pc)? Help :)

Hi guys,

I hope you’re all well.

Just a quick one. I’m developing an app on my PC via Corona (obviously) and everything works fine on the emulator on my PC, however, I’ve just tried looking at it on my MAC and it comes up with an error straight away! HELP! Is there anything obvious that you have to do?

Is there a way to bring up the simulator output on the Mac so I can see what maybe going wrong (however no errors are being reported on the PC)?

I can give you all as much info as you need.

Thank you to everyone who can help with this, I’m totally stuck and hope that someone in the community can help.

Cheers,

Chris

Hi there,

Yes, you can see the simulator output on the Mac.  Instead of running Corona Simulator, run Corona Terminal (another application that you should see in the same folder).  That’ll launch both the terminal output window as well as the simulator.  (This is unlike on Windows, where the terminal console opens automatically.)

Hope this helps!
