How I can display a screen with incoming call?

I don’t believe this would be possible without using Corona Enterprise and even then I’m not sure it’s possible to intercept the phone call.  Is this something you’ve seen in another app?

Rob, I think you are right for IOS at least in that this might not even be possible with Enterprise. Apple is very protective about phone experience and does not provide any APIs I believe.

I want illuminate the screen of the phone when a call comes.

It looks like this would be doable for Android, so with Corona Enterprise, you should be able to get this to work.  However, Corona SDK (Starter, Basic, Pro) has no facilities for doing this.

As Rob said you can only do it on Android and you need Corona Enterprise ($948 per year). Also you need to know native Android programming (Java).

It is only when the phone is ringing

Not with Corona Starter/Basic/Pro, perhaps with Enterprise. I do not know the limitations of what you can do with Android native programming.
