Everything Looks Good Until The Device Sync Fails

As the Native Text Fields sample will not work in the Simulator, I decided to do a base install on my device (iPhone or iPad, doesn’t matter…it won’t sync on either). My provisioning files are up to date. I am using the following:

Corona Simulator - Version 2011.484 (2011.4.12)
Xcode - Version 4.0 (4A304a) installed in /Developer
iPad2 and iPhone 4 iOS - Version 4.3.3

Since I haven’t modified the sample code, it runs through the build process quickly and without error. Originally, I set up a Build directory for tracking, but I have seen various suggestions in these forums to create the build file in the project directory and/or on the Desktop. None of those options make a difference.

All appears to go well until I try to sync a device. At that point, I get the ubiquitous “The app “InputTest” was not installed on the iPhone “iPhone” because an unknown error occurred (0xE800801c).”

Just very perplexed as to why I can’t get unmodified sample code on a device.

Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.
