We have Create a windows build then I used BoxedApp to pack the those files in single exe file.
After packed exe file I send to our customer and he did a virus test and found that file is malicious.

We haven’t digitally sign exe file.
If I signed file digitally , it will flag as safe file ?
or I need to do anything else ?
Anyone used BoxedApp to pack Exe file ?
is there any other tool I can use to pack exe file ?
I know some of virus detection are false positive but we can’t explain this to our customers 
Please help.
