I received a notice that my certificate is expiring.
Do I need to create a new one or do i do something to just update the existing one?
Do I need to download my game again? Everything is working fine.

I created a new one and now I show I am up to date. I was afraid of overwriting the first one and causing a problem.
Your existing apps will be fine. You don’t have to update them when you change certificates.
