Facebook Audience Network not working on clients device

Hi there,

we have incorporated Facebook Audience Network inside an app, the ads show on our devices.

when installed on the clients devices through testflight, ads do not show?

we have tried to contact Facebook but no reaction.

We have looked for a possible solution.

Make sure that Facebook is installed and working on the clients device.

Make sure that payment information is entered correctly.

Any ideas?

Are you using test mode?  F.A.N. has some really bizarre testing requirements and its likely that the device you’re installing to isn’t seen as a test device.

The device is actually a device that is connected to the account of the owner of that developer account and we are running in test mode.

The requirements we could find from Facebook are that the device on which the test app is installed has got a installed facebook app with the right account activated.

Do you know of any other requirement?
