do you guys build a facebook “app” page for every single app you make, or 1 “business page” to showcase all your products?
can this facebook page serve as a support URL (as required by apple)?
if making a business page, do you have to be an LLC, or DBA at mimimum?

From my experience a separate page isn’t useful unless you have a rather large following for that particular game. I just have one Facebook page for everything.
I’m not sure if it can serve as a support URL or not, but if you’re selling a product it might be nice to have some kind of website even a simple one with support on it.
