It seems using system.openURL(“fb://profile/187552938XXXXXX”) sort of works. It opens the Facebook app… but then goes no further (Stops on the user’s newsfeed).
This works fine on iOS; it opens the FB app and goes straight the the profile page.
Anyone know the proper way to force the FB app to open straight to a specific page?

Yes I did. Using system.openURL(“fb://profile/187552938XXXXXX”) on iOS and Android both open the Facebook app to the intended Profile Page. Using it in WP8 just opens the Facebook app to the users newsreel (The default landing page of the FB app).
