FaceBook Style TabBar (Slider)

Hi,

So I’m looking to build a FaceBook style tab bar/ sliding menu in Corona SDK, I’ve searched but I just cant find what I’m looking for.

I tried this in Xcode and have succeeded, I just cant get my head around it in Corona… Yup I’m a noobie here,

I think thats probably a good place to start and improve from. Would be great if you can share your results. Thanks much!

@ksan

Awesome,

Thanks very much for sharing, I’m going to work upon this and share my progress in this thread :-)

@Thermo-Apps, you are most welcome and thanks for sharing your updated version when ready. Just to be clear though, I am not the author of that excellent shared code on the exchange. It was posted by @chevol so all credit goes to him. I’m just the messenger!  :slight_smile:

Best of luck in your project. Will look forward to your updates.

Thank you, I Will start now :-)

Yes I understand it was @chevol, But I would not have found it if it wasnt for you,

Thanks Again,

Jack

I agree with you. This is the problem with the Code Exchange and I have written about this to CL a while back suggesting they re-instate the search feature. Lets hope it comes back at some point. There are many gems in there and they remain obscured unless you go through one by one and inspect it all. Good luck with your project.

Regards,

Kerem
