FB Audience Network - a white screen is shown on iOS

We’re using FB Audience Network to show interstitial ads in our app.

Sometimes, on iOS, instead of seeing an ad the user is shown a white screen. The screen does not have an X button, so to get back to the app the user must kill and restart it. 

This happens every time we try to show an ad to these specific users. 

We were not able to reproduce this in our test environment, so we can’t get any device logs. 

Can someone check why this is happening?

I want to contact FBAN’s support for help with this issue, so can someone write here the SDK versions used by the FBAN plugin for iOS and Android?

The FAN plugin was updated On Sep 1, 2016.

Both iOS and Android plugins use SDK version 4.15.0.

Hi tammy, we haven’t solved the issue yet, but are talking to FBAN’s support about it. 

It would help if you could also write to them with as much info as you can about this, so they see it’s a real problem that should be fixed…

This is happening outside of corona. My native apps running latest facebook version are also experiencing the problem. No x to close the white screen either, people have to restart the app.
