I put together a little filter browser that runs on device and allows you to snap a picture, or use a photo on device. You can then select a filter and apply random filter properties to the image using the randomize button.
You need a pretty powerful device to run it right now. Works great on Nexus 4, but choked hard on a Kindle HD ( last gen ).
Some filters do not behave properly right now. The blur category doesn’t seem to be responding to the documented parameters. If a filter causes an app freeze, you will need to make sure the app is completely closed before reopening, or the image might not show up.
