Final stages and submission to AppStore

I’m a couple of days away from completing my first game for iOS. It has been a full one month rollercoaster but all is ready now.

Being a nOOb in the Apple environment, my question is pretty simple: do we have a checklist to make sure all is ok before submitting to AppStore? I mean both on Corona SDK and Apple side… can remember a couple of web pages telling that. From your first-hand experience, what needs attention the most from a Corona SDK dev point of view?

One other question is still more nOObish: how do I record a video on my Mac Mini while playing my game with different devices (iPhone/iPhone4/iPad) into Corona SDK simulator? In fact I need a trailer for youtube, but have not a clue about Mac/Lion’s way of work.
Really hope you can excuse my incompetence and help, my latest Cupertino experience was the //c computer in the eighties… Lemonade Stand anyone?
