The firebase plugin is now in public beta. Before I publish, I want to make sure all bugs are fixed. So I am doing a open beta with this plugin. I am not sure how it is going to be published (marketplace or via my own site). I am keeping the plugin code private because I am not sure if I am going to make it a paid plugin or not.
This will only work in the simulator and you will receive an error if you try to plant this in your app.

Thank you[/quote] There is a possibility. I still have a couple plugins going thought the corona marketplace. Once those go though I will decide how proceed. As for future features, it uses the rest api so there is only so much you can do. I will see what I can do.

So does the open sourced information only work in the simulator? And if yes when is the plugin going to be released because I really need it?
