Hey everybody so im a huge newbie when it comes to programming in general and i was wondering if anyone could direct me to a place to get started… ex. where can i learn to add backgrounds, special affects, etc. Thanks
Well it depends on how you learn. In your folder where Corona SDK is installed, you will see a folder named SampleCode. There are tons of projects in there to get you started. Maybe look in the “GettingStarted” sub folder?
If you go to the main menu you see a link for Resources (http://coronalabs.com/resources/). On there you will see Corona University, this is our page of tutorials. There are links to tutorials and our video series on getting started as well as links to our documentation and several Print/E-Books and courses you can take to get you started.
