Just created a flurry account and added an app. I had to chose an app-type: iPad, iPod, or android.
My app is for all platforms. Using a distinc ID for android is no biggy since that’s a separate build anyway, but how should I use the iPod/iPad flurry ID’s? That’s a single build multi-platform binary.

Yep. As soon as the app runs on a device (not the simulator!) it takes a couple of hours to produce results. It all works without any problem.
