Flurry Results from Corona App

I’m using Flurry for analytics in my Corona app and it seems to be working well. It’s showing almost 700 distinct device models that the app is installed on which is pretty cool and speaks the the power of Corona for targeting many different devices. But what gets me is, slightly over 10% of the device models show as ‘Unidentified’. Has anyones else seen this? Any ideas why they would show up as unidentified?

Thanks. [import]uid: 161992 topic_id: 35293 reply_id: 335293[/import]

Just to follow up on this for anyone that is interested, Flurry support responded to me with this:

In your list of devices on the Flurry dashboard, ‘‘Unidentified’’ refers to the devices which have not been mapped by Flurry. This can happen if some device has been missed by Flurry in the mapping process, or if the device belongs to an obscure company not listed on our systems.

Flurry support is surprisingly quick for a mostly free service.

I also found a few links that suggested ‘Unidentified’ devices could be jail broken phones.
