Hi,
The font family Chalkboard is incorrectly named in the simulator.
The current iPad lists the following fonts:
ChalkboardSE-Bold
ChalkboardSE-Light
ChalkboardSE-Regular
The simulator instead has:
ChalkBoard and one other varient.
Also noticed that the vertical spacing on Baskerville is slightly incorrect. The simulator positions numbers slightly lower in y than on the device.

The devices could have different fonts. There is no guarantee that fonts on iOS devices will match fonts on your Mac. Open Font Book and see what it says.

Ah so I see.
However shouldn’t there be a disclaimer somewhere?
It is supposed to be a simulator for iPhone, iPad, etc.
Wouldn’t that include a one to one correlation in fonts?
How could you do a font-based presentation in the simulator and not have it come out the same as the iPad?
I can see the difficulties but it is supposed to be a simulator for the appropriate devices. I should think that would extend to the font level too.
