FPS down when Memory change suddenly? how to avoid

Hi Community,
In my game project, when the memory usage change suddenly (from 700Kb reach to 800Kb), the FPS down from 31 -> 18 so it cause the lag(delay) transition of the drawing object. after change to 800Kb, the FPS seem to be fine (~31 FPS).
So how to avoid changing FPS when Memory change suddenly?
